SP Systems is looking for a Programmer Anaylst to work within the Suzaku and Swift processing data center, co-located with the High Energy Astrophysics Science Archive Research Center (HEASARC) at the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center (GFSC) in Greenbelt, Maryland. Suzaku is a joint X-ray astronomy mission between the US and Japan. Swift is a US Gamma-ray burst chasing satellite. The support the HEASARC provides for missions include: software, data and calibration standards, data processing, and a data archive.

Senior Programmer Analyst
SP Systems is looking for a Programmer/Analyst to be the technical lead for the Swift Data Center (SDC). The SDC is colocated with the High Energy Astrophysics Science Archive Research Center at Goddard Space Flight Center in Greenbelt, Maryland. Swift is a NASA research satellite focused on studying gamma ray bursts. The SDC is responsible for receiving raw telemetry from the satellite and converting this to scientifically useful data products in near real-time, which are made available on short time scales via a Web interface, and on long time scales are delivered to data storage archives.
